Help Save the 5th Grade Band Program in Medford - 7/23/2010
2010 MYAA INDIANS FOOTBALL FOR SPECIAL ATHLETES
Dennis Boyle and Frank Shelley have put together a football program for special needs athletes.
Program specifics;
1) NO contact (i.e no equipment needed) - this program is design to teach football skills and have fun
2) Program dates, all on Tuesday: September 14th, 21st, 28th and October 5th and 12th. Start time will be between 5:30 - 6 and the program will be 75 minutes.
3) Below is an example of the skills we will focus on:
- warm-ups and some light running
- passing and catching
- blocking (bag only, very light and fun)
- tackling (again bag only, very light and fun)
- kicking and punting
- positions
4) Age: 5 yrs. old and up, male or female
5) Cost: $30

MAY SAFETY COURSE
MYAA is offering another Rutgers Coaches Safety Clinic for all coaches. It will be on Wednesday May 12th from 6:30 to 9:30pm at the Public Safety Building, 91 Union Street. This will be for all new coaches and up to ANY coach who has an expired card.
JUNE SAFETY COURSE - CANCELLED DUE TO LACK OF PARTICIPATION MYAA is offering another Rutgers Coaches Safety Clinic for all coaches. It will be on Wednesday June 16th from 6:30 to 9:30pm at the Public Safety Building, 91 Union Street. This will be for all new coaches and up to ANY coach who has an expired card.
THERE WILL NOT BE ANY SAFETY COURSES IN THE SUMMER
