* Online registration opens January 10, 2010

* Walk in registration will be held at Chairville School, January 30th from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and Feb. 2nd from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

* Walk in registration accepts cash and checks ONLY.

* Out of town residents will be charged an additional fee of 25.00.

* Registration is considered late after March 1st.

* No Refunds

* Soccer does not accept walk in or mail in registrations

Instructions for Online Registration

PLEASE read the following before proceeding:

Medford Youth Atlethic Association is partnering with AdminSports.com, an on-line youth sports service provider, for processing online registrations. Please note, you will need a credit card and health insurance information to complete the registraiton.

All questions with an *red asterisk must be answered to successfully complete the registration.

There are 4 steps for registration:

Family Setup
You will only have to do this the first time you register. Please use an email address you regularly check. If you forget your password, you will need your correct email address.

Player Setup
Again, you will only have to this once for each player.

Registration for the season
This contains the variable information for each player, each season- school, grade, heath insurance information, emergency contact & medical information and contact.

Checkout
You may pay by Credit Card, or request a financial waiver. No child will be denied the opportunity to play any MYAA sport for financial reasons.

The registration site is compatible with Internet Explorer versions 5.x and above, Safari and Firefox. However, if you encounter any browser problems, please try a different browser. A few people have reported problems with some older versions of Netscape. If you set up your family and cannot continue, this is the problem.

NOTE: Some corporate and University firewalls do not allow access to this registration site. If you have trouble with access at work, please try again at home.
