MYAA was started in 1965 and was know then as the Lenape Youth Athletic Association (LYAA) and provide organized sports for children in Medford and Evesham   Some of our current board members were former players within the organization. LYAA transitioned to MYAA during the 1990s. MYAA formally organized as a non-profit in 1997.
